add a mixture of 1 egg, crème fraiche, ginger, 1 spoon sugar, 1 Vanilia sugar (oven for 20 min)

we had a fantastic dinner next door. I guess you don't recognize These potato mountains. rösti fried in the oven - just delicious and so decorative!! Thank you Markus for this creative dish.

add radish, cilandro, creme fraiche or sour creme
salt & pepper, oignons
mix & serve fresh

Tarte aux pommes à la française

cake pastry, thyme
cook pastry for 10 min. 190 °C
mix  1 egg, 50 g sugar and 50 g almonds
put it on your pastry
add the apples
cook the rest for 20 min. 190 °C
add mint leafs or sweet basil for the final touch

Black forest - mini size

pastry: 4 eggs, 120 g sugar,2 spoons hot water,1 sachet Vanilla sugar
100 g flour, 1 sachet baking powder

filling: cream, frozen rasperries, sugar at your liking

Gazpacho - the spanish way to cool down!

Gazpacho

It's easy to make this refreshing soup - you can use any vegetable.

For this gaszpacho I used

peperoni, tomatoes, oignons, salt, pepper, lemon drops, tobasco, water -

mix everything, put it in the fridge -

serve it with a slize of lime.

1 sausage (Cervelat)
100 gr cheese (Appenzeller)
Dressing: Basil, pickled gherkin, Basil or pumpkin oil, chopped oignons, sour cream, mustard, pepper, salt

Mozzarella, Mango : slice both as for tomato carprese
sauce ingredients: lemongrass, lemonjuice,
lemonoil, pepper, sugar and chopped nuts

Butterzopf  - bake your sunday morning bread

 500 g Flour
1/2 p. Yeast
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
60 g butter (soft) 

bake it in the oven for 30 min. at 200 ° temperature 
 Cupcakes with Peaches  (Ingredients for 6 cupcakes)

Cupcakes with Peaches 

(Ingredients for 6 cupcakes)

50 gr Butter
50 gr sugar   stir spumuosly
add
    1 Egg
100 gr flour
    1 spoon baking powder
     1 small spoon salt
   1/2 lemon juice & skin

top it with peaches and almonds and sugarpowder
put it in cupcake forms into the oven  / bake it for 40 min. at 180 °C

Chocolate cookies

This delicious desert was invented by the famous french cook Michel Bras!!
My favourite and everybody's favourite from now on - you will see!!

Ingredients for 4 cookies

50 gr dark chocolate  (melt it with the butter)
50 gr butter
1 Egg (stir it with the sugar and juice)
40 gr sugar
50 gr flour (mix it to the rest)
1 spoon orange juice (cognac or baileys is an option)
bake it for 15 min. at temp. 180 °C


Spoil yourself with a refreshing appetizer!

 Appetizer with smoked ham and melonsmoked ham                      cut the ham and the melon into small slices
cantaloupe melon
thyme                                flavour it with these ingredients
salt / pepper
olive oil                             serve it in small appetizer spoons


Pumpkin soup with curry

300 gr pumpkin, 300 ml water with vegetable ingredients              cook the mixture for 20 minutes

 1/2 table spoon fresh ginger and garlic,1 spoon curry, 80 g crème fraiche, salt, cayenne pepper ,
1/2 vanilla bean, mix everything and heat it up again
