tarte aux pommes à la française


 looks like a french quiche - but it's a marvellous desert
cake pastry, thyme
cook pastry for 10 min. 190 °C
mix  1 egg, 50 g sugar and 50 g almonds
put it on your pastry
add the apples
cook the rest for 20 min. 190 °C
add mint leafs or sweet basil for the final touch
